3. Pre-Opening and Post-Opening Training: Pre-opening training includes on-site sessions for the franchisee's staff, while post-opening training continues both in the classroom and on-site to address operational challenges and ensure smooth functioning.
4. Additional Training Programs: Topics such as leadership, inventory management, and operational excellence are also part of the curriculum. These sessions may occur at designated locations or online for convenience.

The franchisor reserves the right to modify the training program and mandates successful completion for the franchisee and relevant staff to meet operational standards.

Territory Protection

Petland agrees not to operate or allow another Petland franchise within this exclusive area, provided the franchisee complies with the terms of their agreement.
