The "Right at Home" franchise provides a comprehensive training program to ensure franchisees are well-equipped to operate their business effectively. This includes the RightStart Training Program, which comprises Onboarding Training, Residence Week Training, and Office Open Training.
The program features virtual instructor-led sessions, self-paced online modules, and instructor-led classroom training conducted at the franchisor's headquarters or other designated locations.
Additionally, franchisees undergo On-Site/Onboarding Training at their business location, which typically spans two days and focuses on establishing standardized operational procedures.
For those offering specialized services, such as nursing, specialized training may be provided, lasting up to five days. This training covers administrative, operational, and sales-related topics, ensuring franchisees are prepared to meet the franchisor's standards. Franchisees may also access supplementary training programs and resources, including manuals and digital materials, for ongoing development.
The "Right at Home" franchise provides franchisees with a Designated Area, granting exclusive rights to operate core services within that territory. The franchisor agrees not to establish another "Right at Home" franchise offering the same core services in this area but reserves the right to operate or license other businesses or services within or outside the territory.
The franchisor can adjust boundaries if postal codes change or other factors arise, ensuring operational flexibility. This setup offers limited territorial protection while allowing the franchisor to adapt its business model.
