Should the ZIP Codes within the protected territory be modified, the franchisor may adjust the territory accordingly, potentially altering the number of dwellings or the geographic area covered.

Territorial Protection: Under specific conditions, the franchisor commits not to establish or authorize others to establish and operate a business providing system services to residential or "light commercial" customers within the protected territory using the franchisor’s marks or system. This protection excludes actual or prospective customers designated as National Accounts.
