The DripBar franchisor provides an initial training program designed to prepare franchisees and their key personnel for operating a DripBar business. This program typically takes place within 60 days of the scheduled opening date and includes both virtual classroom sessions and on-the-job training.
The training covers a wide range of topics, including branding, compliance with regulations, operational guidelines, marketing strategies, and specific medical procedures if required by state laws. The franchisor may adjust the duration or content of the training based on the skill level of the participants.
