Training

Initial Training Franchisees must participate in and successfully complete the franchisor's initial training program. This training is mandatory for at least one general partner, principal shareholder, or managing member if the franchisee is structured as a partnership, corporation, or limited liability company.

Additionally, one designated employee or Key Manager may attend the operational segment of the Initial Training without tuition fees. Other employees may join the training upon paying the current tuition fee, subject to availability.

Ongoing Supplemental Training The franchisor may provide additional, expanded, or updated training programs and refresher courses for franchisees, their Key Employees, other managers, and staff. These programs are designed to support the efficient operation of the franchised business.

Training Locations All training sessions are conducted at the franchisor's headquarters, other specified locations, or virtually as designated by the franchisor.

Annual and Regional Conferences Franchisees are required to attend annual and regional conferences organized by the franchisor at designated locations. Non-attendance at these conferences may result in penalties.

Territory Protection

The franchisor provides territory protection to its franchisees under specific conditions. As long as the franchisee remains in substantial compliance with the agreement, as determined solely by the franchisor, the franchisee has the exclusive right to receive and service new residential leads within the zip codes listed in Schedule A of the Franchise Agreement.

These leads are generated through the franchisor's internet lead generation platform or centralized 1-800 phone number.

Despite this protection, the franchisor retains the right to establish and authorize others to establish franchised businesses outside the franchisee's designated territory.

Territorial exclusivity is granted under certain conditions: if the services provided fall within the definition of Residential Services as outlined in the Agreement and if the franchisee continues to meet substantial compliance requirements, as judged by the franchisor at its sole discretion.
