Valvoline Instant Oil Change franchisees are granted the right to operate within a specific designated territory. This territory is defined as the area within a two-mile radius from the central point of the approved location.

Under the terms of the License Agreement, Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOCF) commits not to operate or license other individuals to operate any center within this designated territory using the System and the Proprietary Marks.

However, it is important to note that franchisees do not receive an exclusive territory. As a result, they may encounter competition from other franchisees, outlets owned by VIOCF, or other distribution channels and competitive brands managed by VIOCF.
