Training

Sola Salon Studios offers an extensive initial training program for franchisees, commencing within 60 days of signing the franchise agreement. This training is conducted either at the corporate headquarters or another designated franchise location. Both the franchisee and one appointed manager or employee are required to attend and successfully complete the program.

The training encompasses the franchise system, operational techniques, procedures, ordering processes, accounting, support protocols, quality standards, and hands-on experience in franchise operations.

The program lasts approximately 15 hours over two days. Franchisees are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and other associated costs. Additional attendees may incur extra charges.

Ongoing and Advanced Training

Sola Salon Studios also offers ongoing training and advanced educational opportunities. Annual conferences are organized to address industry changes, sales techniques, personnel training, bookkeeping, accounting, inventory management, performance standards, and advertising strategies.

Attendance at these conferences is mandatory for franchisees, who are required to cover any associated fees regardless of attendance.

Territory Protection

Sola Salon Studios ensures territory protection for its franchisees. According to the franchise agreement, during the term of the agreement, the franchisor and its affiliates will not establish or grant franchises using the same branding within the franchisee's protected territory.

This guarantees exclusivity for the franchisee within their designated area. However, the franchisor reserves the right to operate outside of the protected territory.
