This training is provided at no cost for up to four participants, provided they attend together. If additional personnel need training or if individuals attend separately, the franchisor may charge a fee, currently up to $350 per day.

Ongoing Training

Franchisees, their Designated Manager, and staff must participate in up to five days of additional training each year as determined by the franchisor. This ongoing training may cover new operational techniques, updated sales strategies, or other relevant topics to improve franchise performance.

Territory Protection

RockBox Fitness provides territory protection to its franchisees by ensuring that no additional brick-and-mortar locations will be established within the Designated Territory under the same brand marks and system. This exclusivity allows franchisees to build their business with confidence, knowing that their market area is protected from internal competition.

The designated territory is defined based on several factors, including population density, geographic boundaries, and market potential. This strategic approach helps franchisees maximize their business opportunities while maintaining a balanced and fair distribution of locations. Franchisees are encouraged to actively engage with their community and leverage the brand’s reputation to attract and retain members.
