Training

Initial Training Program

9Round offers an initial training program for at least two individuals from the franchisee's team. This training must be successfully completed within 30 days of signing the location lease. If the franchisee employs a general manager, they are also required to complete this training.

Ongoing Training

9Round may mandate that the franchisee and other key employees attend ongoing training sessions at their training center, an Authorized Location, or another specified venue. These sessions can cover various business aspects, including operations, management, sales, and marketing.

Personal Training Service

The company has developed a unique personal training service that provides boxing and kickboxing training and certification. Once franchisees are trained, they can offer one-on-one boxing and kickboxing themed personal training sessions to their customers.

Certification Programs

9Round has the authority to develop certification programs for Center personnel who offer personal fitness instruction, teach exercise classes, or provide fitness or nutrition counseling. If such a certification program is implemented, the relevant service provider must become certified and adhere to all certification requirements before offering services.

Territory Protection

The franchise does not offer exclusive territory protection. However, 9Round assigns a "Designated Area" to each franchisee, determined by various factors including population size, median age, income levels, population density, population growth trends, and significant topographical features.

Although there are specific guidelines and restrictions for operating within this Designated Area, it does not guarantee exclusivity from competition.
