Training

No-H2O provides extensive training for its franchisees, detailed across various sections in their franchise disclosure document:

On-Boarding Program: This 12-week program is tailored for new franchisees, featuring online collaborative training led by the franchisor's team. It covers essential tasks and information to equip franchisees for the launch of their business.

Initial Training Program: Conducted at the Caruso Center in Westfield, California, or at the headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, this program includes 36 hours of classroom instruction and 32 hours of hands-on training. Key areas covered are Business Training, App Training, Wash Training, Detailing, Marketing, and Strategy.

Post-Opening Training: The franchisor may mandate additional training for the Principal Executive and other staff members at any time, which could be delivered in various formats and locations as decided by No-H2O, possibly involving a fee. Franchisees are also responsible for training their employees.

This structured approach ensures that franchisees and their teams are well-prepared to operate successfully and maintain the high standards set by No-H2O.

Territory Protection

No-H2O grants territory protection to its franchisees, ensuring exclusive rights within a defined area. Under this protection, the franchisor commits not to establish any company-owned or franchised outlets selling similar goods or services under the same or similar trademarks within the franchisee's exclusive territory.

This protection remains in place as long as the franchisee complies with the franchise agreement and meets customer demand. However, the franchisor retains the right to use other channels, such as the internet, to market and sell different products or services, provided these do not compete with those offered by the franchisee within their protected territory.
