Training

NexGenEsis provides a comprehensive training program for its franchisees:

  1. Initial Training Program
NexGenEsis offers an initial training program at no charge for up to three attendees, provided they attend simultaneously. The training must be completed within 30 days before the franchise opens. Additional attendees, retakes, or training after opening require payment of the current training fee. The program's content and duration may vary based on the attendees' experience.
  2. Medical Training
Authorized Medical Providers, or franchise operators in healthcare roles, must complete medical training through an approved vendor before opening the franchise. NexGenEsis may waive certain portions of this requirement based on the attendee's professional experience or recent medical education.
  3. Remedial Training
If operational deficiencies are identified, NexGenEsis may mandate remedial training for franchisees and staff. Attendees must cover associated fees as specified in the Franchise Operations Manual.
  4. Ongoing and Refresher Training
Periodic refresher courses or additional system-wide training may be required for franchisees, managers, and staff. These sessions could be mandatory or optional, depending on the situation.
  5. Conference Training
NexGenEsis holds national or regional conferences to discuss business and operational matters. Attendance may be required, and participants must cover the associated conference fees.
  6. Manager and Staff Training
Franchise managers, when hired, must complete the initial training. Franchisees are responsible for training their managers and staff, although NexGenEsis may offer online modules in the future. Training is provided for up to three people at no cost; beyond that, a daily fee applies per additional attendee.

Territory Protection

NexGenEsis grants franchisees a designated territory with exclusive rights, typically covering a population of 175,000 to 200,000. Within this area, no competing franchises using NexGenEsis branding will be established.

However, NexGenEsis retains the right to operate or license businesses outside the designated territory and implement multi-area marketing initiatives. These activities may indirectly impact the franchisee’s business but do not involve establishing competing locations within the territory.
