The franchisor provides an essential initial training program, which includes both classroom and practical on-the-job instruction. This training can take place at a location chosen by the franchisor or remotely through online conferencing. It is compulsory for the franchisee’s Managing Owner and one appointed manager to participate in this program. The franchisee is also tasked with the continuous training of their staff, ensuring adherence to the franchisor's guidelines and standards.
Supplemental Training
With prior approval, the franchisor may offer additional training sessions either within the franchisee’s operating territory or remotely. This supplemental training is charged at $500 per trainer per day, with additional costs potentially arising from travel and accommodation for the franchisor.
Refresher Training Courses and Seminars
The franchisee, or in the case of a corporate entity, the Managing Owner and Manager, must attend and complete all designated refresher courses, system-wide training sessions, additional training programs, and seminars as specified by the franchisor from time to time. The franchisee is responsible for covering all associated expenses.

Each franchisee is assigned an exclusive Operating Territory for their business and marketing activities. However, franchisees are prohibited from seeking customers beyond their allocated territory and must comply with the franchisor's operational standards.
