Training

Fit Body Boot Camp provides a comprehensive Initial Training program, which includes the Onsite Experience and designated online training courses. This program is mandatory for the General Manager, Fitness Trainers, and Principal Equity Owners. Franchisees can bring two individuals to the Initial Training at no additional cost. Any extra attendees will be charged according to the franchise's current rates.

Training sessions may be conducted at the designated facility in Chino Hills, California, another specified Fit Body Boot Camp location, or via electronic mediums, including virtual classes or scheduled webinars.

Virtual Fit Body Boot Camp Training

Before launching a Virtual Fit Body Boot Camp Business, franchisees must complete the Virtual Fit Body Boot Camp Training Program. This training is accessible online and should be finished within 60 days of the agreement's effective date.

Additional Training

All Fitness Trainers must obtain and maintain fitness certifications through Fit Body Boot Academy, accessible online at www.fitbodybootcamp.learnupon.com. Additionally, the franchise may offer on-site training at the franchisee's location during the opening phase, subject to availability. The current fee for additional training is $750 per day per person trained.

Onboarding Training Courses

Franchisees are required to complete all onboarding training courses within the first 180 days of signing the Franchise Agreement. These courses cover initial business and training concepts and are available on the Fit Body Academy online training platform.

Additional Training Fees

The franchise may impose an additional training fee of up to $997 per day for Fit Body Boot Camp training courses, seminars, conferences, or other required programs attended by the franchisee or their representatives.

Territory Protection

Fit Body Boot Camp provides its franchisees with territory protection to ensure a level of operational security. However, this protection is not absolute; it is designed to be limited in scope. This means that while franchisees can expect a degree of exclusivity within their designated area, there are conditions and limitations attached.

The territory protection aims to balance the interests of individual franchisees with the overall growth strategy of the brand. Franchisees will have certain assurances regarding the establishment of other Fit Body Boot Camp locations nearby, but the terms of this protection are clearly defined to allow for flexibility and strategic placement of new franchises.
