Escapology provides its franchisees with an exclusive territory, which is generally a half-mile radius in urban areas and up to fifteen miles in less densely populated regions. Within this designated territory, the franchisor agrees not to open another dedicated Escapology outlet or authorize others to do so, provided the franchisee remains in compliance with their agreement.
The size and shape of the territory are determined based on factors like population density and geographic layout, and are officially defined in an attachment to the Franchise Agreement.
