The franchisor offers an extensive training program for franchisees, combining both classroom and on-the-job training. This initial training is mandatory for the Operating Principal and two full-time Managers, covering essential aspects of running a Your Pie franchise, including marketing, financial management, labor management, technology, vendor relations, and food safety.

Additional Training for Subsequent Restaurants For franchisees opening additional restaurants, the Operating Principal is not required to undergo initial training again, provided there are two Certified Managers who complete the initial training for each new location.
The franchisor provides territorial protections for franchisees by designating a specific "Territory" for each franchise. As long as the franchisee complies fully with the Franchise Agreement, the franchisor and its affiliates will not operate or grant a franchise for another Your Pie Restaurant within that Territory during the agreement's term.
However, this protection does not apply to "Non-Traditional Sites," which are locations with independent customer traffic, such as military bases, shopping malls, airports, stadiums, and similar venues.
