Territory Protection

This means franchisees may encounter competition from other VIO Med Spa franchisees, franchisor-owned outlets, or other distribution channels controlled by the franchisor, even within their designated operational territory.

Additionally, the franchisor reserves the right to develop and expand its brand through various means, which could include opening new locations, launching e-commerce platforms, or entering into partnerships with third-party service providers. As a result, franchisees must be prepared to maintain high standards of service and continuously innovate to stay competitive within their market.
