Training

Nutrishop provides comprehensive training to its franchisees to ensure successful operation of the stores. The franchisor offers an initial two-week Orientation Training program for the operation of the store under the Nutrishop system.

This training is mandatory for first-time Nutrishop store owners and their designated managers. While the franchisor does not charge for the training itself, expenses for travel, meals, and lodging are the responsibility of the franchisee. Additionally, the training covers topics such as store management and operational guidelines.

Franchisees are also offered periodic refresher courses and optional continuing education programs to stay updated with the latest operational and promotional practices.

Furthermore, the franchisor provides ongoing consultation support through various channels like phone, video conferencing, or in-person meetings. Franchisees are required to appoint a designated manager who has either attended and successfully completed the franchisor’s training or has received equivalent orientation training.

Territory Protection

Nutrishop provides franchisees with a designated territory, typically the lesser of a 10-mile radius or an area with 400,000 residents. The franchisor commits to not authorizing other stores within this territory but retains the right to adjust boundaries if the population changes or under specific conditions.

Territories may overlap in shared spaces or promotional areas, and Nutrishop reserves rights for advertising and store placements in certain cases. Franchisees should note that while territorial protection is granted, it is subject to modification based on franchisor policies.
