Training

Dream Vacations, as the franchisor, provides comprehensive training programs tailored to franchisees based on their experience levels. For new and intermediate franchisees, the franchisor offers six days of Mandatory Initial Training conducted at their training facilities in Broward County, Florida, or three days of live virtual training.

This training is designed to be completed no later than 90 days after the effective date of the franchise agreement. It includes classroom training on topics such as sales techniques, customer qualification, booking systems, and travel protection overviews.

CruiseOne, the franchisor, also provides training materials, technical tools, and a private hotel room for the manager attending in-person training.

For experienced franchisees, training is offered exclusively online through the Learning Management System. The franchisee is responsible for related expenses such as travel, meals, and lodging for in-person training.

Additionally, optional refresher and advanced training sessions are available, with associated costs borne by the franchisee. Failure to complete the required training may result in retraining fees or other consequences.

Territory Protection

Dream Vacations does not grant exclusive or protected territories to franchisees. CruiseOne, the franchisor, retains the right to operate or license additional businesses, including other franchises, near an existing franchisee’s location and to use its marks across various channels, including online.

Franchisees choose their business locations, subject to CruiseOne’s approval, and must maintain a designated "Contact Location" for advertising and operations. This approach allows for market flexibility while ensuring franchisees operate within approved parameters.
